Simple Salad Dressing

by Dana Storlie and filed in Salad Dressings, Salads

That bottled stuff is expensive, and full of stuff I can’t even pronounce! It’s so easy and economical to make your own. This recipe is tangy, sweet and just plain perfect.

Potluck Pasta Salad

by Melissa and filed in Pasta Salads, Salads

This is a recipe that I created by accident. I found a recipe in a magazine that I wanted to try, but when I went to my local grocery store they didn’t have many of the ingredients I needed. So I improvised. This is one of my favorite salads and I make this a lot for potlucks.

A vibrant pasta salad. The sweet distinct flavors of the honey and cilantro separate this pasta salad recipe from all the others.

Pesto Chicken Salad with Toasted Almonds

by abittersweetwife and filed in Meat Salads, Salads

Pesto works its magic and adds a layer of flavorful herbs and garlic to this chicken salad. A sprinkling of toasted almonds give the salad a much needed crunch.
