This salad is fantastic. The bold flavors meld together perfectly for a very satisfying dish. I think it would be perfect for a summer potluck or a side dish for any number of things, like grilled chicken, steak or even shrimp. My favorite way to eat this salad though? Make a batch and eat it stuffed inside a whole wheat pita for lunch all week long.

This is my favorite salad and it is always a hit when I take it to a gathering. You can use any combination of salad greens that you like; I use whatever I have on hand. I shouldn’t admit it, but I could drink this dressing.

This is Chicken Salad the way I like it. The great thing about this recipe is, you can use the steps and ingredients as a basis for your own unique recipe, adding and subtracting whatever makes you skirt fly up.

This quinoa salad has a Mexican spin: black beans, cilantro, avocado and a cumin-lime dressing. A great spring and summertime salad to enjoy with salty tortilla chips and a cold beer.

A fun twist on potato salad. This can be served hot OR cold. We prefer cold in the summer and hot in the winter.

The end result of this salad is delicious. Incredible, in fact. The salad ingredients are tasty and, paired with the tangy sweet dressing, it’s a knockout.

I love all kinds of salad and this one is no exception! I also love gorgonzola and bleu cheese.
