My father makes this macaroni salad, which is always in high demand during the summer. I begged him to break down exactly how much he put of each ingredient. He won’t mind that I’m sharing it! (Don’t be put off by the pink color!)
1. Cook macaroni according to instructions on box, without adding salt or oils.
2. Combine all ingredients except the Lawry’s in a large mixing bowl and mix well. Add the seasoned salt to taste, stirring well.
3. Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
Note: for a little variety, you could also add the following (which my father has done at one time or another): allspice, thyme, marjoram, or Tabasco.

By the way, one of the best things about this macaroni salad is how light it is. The small amount of mayo makes it lighter than most recipes, plus easy on the calories, too.
