Description

This is a decadent zucchini bread recipe that is perfect any time of day, and it’s paleo-friendly!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Zucchini, Shredded And Squeezed Of Excess Moisture
  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • ¼ cups Coconut Flour
  • ⅓ cups Cacao Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • ¼ teaspoons Cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoons Salt
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 3 Tablespoons Tahini
  • ½ cups Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • ½ cups Dark Chocolate Chips

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350ºF and grease a bread pan.

Place all dry ingredients (except chocolate chips) into one bowl and mix until combined.

Place all liquid ingredients into another bowl and mix till combined. Place the wet ingredients into the dry and stir until well combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.

Place batter into the bread pan and smooth out the batter to ensure it bakes evenly. Add some chocolate chips on top!

Baked for 30–35 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Let the bread rest for 10 minutes before cutting into slices.
