Description

This Kale and Farro Salad is full of the vitamins and fiber your body needs daily plus it tastes amazing. When you also add the roasted red peppers, artichoke hearts, walnuts, dried cranberries, goat cheese and then drizzle it with balsamic vinegar. You’ll be craving this salad all day long!

Ingredients

  • 7 ounces, fluid Kale, Chopped And Stems Removed
  • 3 cups Farro, Cooked
  • 1  Roasted Red Pepper, Chopped
  • ¾ cups Artichoke Hearts, Chopped
  • ½ cups Walnuts, Chopped
  • ½ cups Dried Cranberries
  • ¾ cups Balsamic Vinegar
  • ¾ cups Crumbled Goat Cheese

Preparation

Mix together the kale, farro, roasted red pepper, artichoke hearts, walnuts and dried cranberries. Add balasmic vinegar and mix. Add goat cheese and gently mix together.

Chill before serving. Refrigerate up to 3 days.
