Craving Greek food? If so, then this healthy vegetarian Greek Orzo Salad is just for you!
Cook the pasta according to the directions on the box, omitting oil if it calls for it. Drain the pasta and let it cool.
For the dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the extra virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, and basil and set aside.
For the salad: Pour the orzo into a bowl and add in all of the chopped vegetables and the feta cheese. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until everything is combined.
Serve immediately or chill in the fridge.
