Description
Also referred to as “Asian Cole Slaw,” I enjoy this take on slaw salads. My grandmother makes it best!
Ingredients
- 1 head Cabbage Chopped
- 2 bunches Green Onions, Chopped
- 1 cup Canola Oil
- ½ cups Rice Vinegar
- ¼ cups Granulated Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Toasted Slivered Almonds
- 2 packages (3 Oz. Package) Ramen-type Noodles (any Flavor- You Only Use The Noodles And Not The Seasoning Packet)
Preparation
Mix oil, vinegar, salt, and sugar.
Add cabbage and onions.
Let sit overnight in refrigerator.
Before serving, add noodles (crushed/crumbled) and almonds.
