Frosty Lemonade Pie

Description
A cool and soothing blast from my past!
Ingredients
- 1-¾ cup Crushed Peanut Butter Cereal (such As Cap'n Crunch)
- ¼ cups Firmly Packed Brown Sugar
- ⅓ cups Butter Or Margarine, Melted
- 4 cups Vanilla Ice Cream, Softened
- ¼ cups Frozen Lemonade Concentrate, Thawed
Preparation
For the crust, heat oven to 350F. Combine crushed cereal, brown sugar, and margarine, mixing till crumbly. Press mixture into the bottom and sides of a 9″ pie pan. Bake 5-8 minutes. Freeze until firm. For filling, soften ice cream. Combine with lemonade, spread into pie pan and freeze.
Note: I have also reduced the crust ingredients and placed this in an 8″ square pan.
