Made this for company, and it was a hit! I wasn’t a fan of the lemon juice added to the dressing so I will leave that out next time (just my personal preference). I used shredded parmesan instead of grated – think that was a better choice. When serving leftovers, I used microwaveable fully cooked bacon so that we had fresh, hot, crispy bacon —- that’s the way to go!

My family loved this! This is going on the summer rotation! My hubby is very picky about pasta salad, and he approves of this one!! Thanks!

This was delicious. Loved the light lemony flavor. I used a nice quality fat free caesar dressing to cut down on the calories and I left out the chicken and bacon to make it vegetarian. My husband loved it, too!

This was really yummy! I didn’t have any parsley, so that was left out, and I forgot to buy fresh lemons, so the lemon juice was from a bottle. But it was still delicious. My entire family loved it, except for my picky 6 yr old who never eats anything new. The flavors melding together kind of remind me of a sandwich I’ve eaten somewhere, but I can’t think of where. I also was thinking that this could be really good made with ranch dressing, too.
