First bite was delicious! It’s in the fridge now, I’m trying to excersise discipline and let it cool.
I skipped the shallots and celery (didn’t have either) but it’s still tasty!

Wonderful! Super happy with the potato salad, I did 86 the eggs and substituted dill pickle relish for the sweet pickles. Delish! Thanks!

Absolutely delicious! Hubby made this last night and we were both impressed with the results!

I made this last night and it was fantastic. I love the red wine vinegar on the warm potatoes. It made all the difference in the world for flavor! Thanks for sharing!

I had been hunting for potato salad for weeks. This is the perfect recipe I had been looking for. Just one question can I substitute 2 Tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar for balsamic.

This is my new favorite potato salad! I’m not a big pickle fan, so I substituted 1/2 a diced Granny Smith apple – and it turned out fantastic! I love the different textures/flavors in this salad, it is definitely a keeper!

Can’t wait to try this, my potato salads never seem to work out. This one sounds so yummy!

pretty good! I made a few adaptations, based on what I didn’t have on hand. Bread and butter pickles work when you’re out of sweet pickles. I’m not too fond of celery, so didn’t use that this time. Also, will try the eggs in it another time — wanted to see how it tasted without the eggs. THANKS for a great recipe!
