Sugar Snap Pea Caesar Salad

Description
Extra sugar snap peas found their way into my salad bowl.
Ingredients
- FOR THE SALAD:
- 2 heads Romaine Lettuce Hearts, Washed And Chopped
- 2 cups Fresh Sugar Snap Peas, Trimmed And Halved
- 1 cup Croutons
- FOR THE DRESSING:
- 4 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
- 3 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Shaved, Crumbed Parmesan Cheese - Or Grated
- 3 cloves Garlic, Minced
- ¼ teaspoons Mustard Powder
Preparation
For the salad, toss lettuce with peas in a large bowl. Top with croutons.
Combine dressing ingredients in a jar with a lid and shake well to combine. Pour over top of salad. Toss and serve!
