Description

Okay, this is one of my favorite salads! This salad is super healthy and combining the strawberries, lemon juice, and goat cheese creates its own dressing. Actually, for most salads I use a fresh squeeze of lemon juice instead of dressing because it really cuts down on the calories. And it didn’t hurt that the strawberries were from the farmers market!

Ingredients

  • 1 box (about 5 Oz. Size) Spring Mix Salad
  • 1 pint Strawberries, Sliced
  • 1 dash Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 whole Lemon, Juiced
  • Fresh Cracked Pepper
  • Chopped Nuts (optional)
  • Goat Cheese, Optional

Preparation

Put all of the ingredients in a bowl and toss. Done.
