I made this last night, and it was pretty tasty. Even my husband who doesn’t like cold “pasta” salads enjoyed it. I halved the amount of oil and balsamic vinegar, because after pouring in half the mixture, I thought it was plenty (that balsamic is strong). I might also try adding cilantro and some sort of nut (pine nut? almond?) next time. Overall a good recipe you could certainly add your own touches to.

This is a great pasta salad that makes a ton! I also would recommend halving the dressing mixture because one cup is too much. I added artichoke hearts and it really is delicious.

I made this salad for a family reunion and everyone loved it and asked for the recipe! I used a red pepper but next time I’d use a yellow or orange one for the contrast in color. I also added some more feta because I love it. It’s a very pretty salad and delicious too.

This is delicious! But I don’t get why others are saying the dressing was too much, I thought it was perfect, and actually after a day in the fridge I thought it got a little dry and had to add more so I guess different opinions and tastes on that one so you might want to start with less and add more if needed?

I liked this one a lot. I used regular white vinegar instead of balsamic and the taste was strong but not overwhelming.
I made a half batch and it was still a ton of salad. It’s a good thing it’s so tasty because we were eating it for a week.

I loved this salad. I only gave it 4 because a couple guests thought it was a little bland but I thought it was perfect. It does make a ton of salad though so next time I’ll totally half it and I’ll still have plenty.

This was really yummy. I think I would do a bit less dressing next time too. Maybe it depends on your balsamic? Also, I did double the feta. I think I will also add another tomato next time. Oh, and adding artichokes- what a great idea!

I made this for dinner the other night. It is fresh and tasty. I do agree with others here that if served immediately, the balsamic is too strong. But after a couple days in the fridge, it is much more mellow and quite tasty. We’ll make this again!

I always make a big bowl of this for potlucks and it the bowl always is empty when I go home. So easy to make. You’re friends will love you if you do!

YUM! My sweetie and I made a similar Greek orzo pasta the other night. Just tomatoes, cucumbers, Kalamata olives, feta cheese, lemon juice/olive oil dressing, S&P and that was it! This sounds and looks so good! I can’t wait to try your recipe!

Made it last weekend. Loved it. Only got better with age. Thanks for sharing.

This is great! I didn’t have any spinach or fresh basil so skipped those but it was still really good.
