A fresh and delicious salad with a little extra something. Use your own favorite fruit.

Perfect for a first course, brunch or along a buffet. I like to add blood oranges when they are in season.

Juicy cantaloupe, soft bocconcini cheese, salty prosciutto, and fresh mint make this a great quick salad on a hot summer day.

Fresh berries are the easiest party dessert and a real people pleaser as well. Most everyone loves fresh fruit—and berries with balsamic vinegar will be no exception. Maybe you’ve never tried fresh fruit with vinegar and think it wouldn’t be your cup of tea, BUT trust me on this, one bite and you’ll discover what a perfect pairing it is.

I made this today for a party. They are going to love it. Most of the ingredients are ones I always have on hand, so I am going to be able to use this recipe often as way to get more fruits and nuts into my diet. The dressing is delicious, and can be used in moderation.

Made this over the weekend for a party and the guests loved it — compared it to apple pie without a crust! I left out the celery (forgot to put it on my shopping list) and the mayo. I’ll definitely make this again — it was yummy!
