This was great! I used 4+ lb. pork loin and cooked it overnight for 10 hours on low. The next morning I shredded the meat, added the BBQ sauce, and just left it on warm until lunch. It was great and didn’t even need more sauce. Everyone in my house ate it: me, my hubby, and even my three (sometimes picky) little boys!

Just made this today … and my boyfriend and I both loved it. The pork fell apart it was so tender … and the flavor was incredible. Thanks so much for such a fantastic and surprisingly simple recipe!

I was really skeptical because it used a leaner cut of pork and was so simple, but it is really fantastic and easy. Even my super picky “Pulled Pork Critic” 13 year old loved it…not to mention my even PICKIER 44 year old food critic.
Thank you for such an easy recipe.

This is my first and last pulled pork recipe I’ll ever need. It was amazing!!! I could hardly get it out of the crock pot because it was so tender. I love that there is so few ingredients yet it is so flavorful. Thank you so much for the great recipe!

I used pork tenderloin and since I started I cooked on fast. It still turned out perfectly and was easy to shred and the meat was tender and delicious. So simple but a satisfying meal. My family thoroughly enjoyed.
