Herb Crusted Lamb Chops with Mint Pesto

by LittleYellowKitchen and filed in Lamb, Main Courses

Cooking them in a bit of butter gives these a crispy herbed crust that pairs perfectly with fresh mint pesto.

Lamb Chops with Almonds, Rosemary Potatoes and Balsamic Glaze

by The Table of Flavours and filed in Lamb, Main Courses

This lamb chop recipe is extremely simple, extremely quick, and, allow me to say it, also extremely good. Ideal if you didn’t make up yet your mind for Easter’s menu. But also ideal on any other day.

Gloucestershire Lamb Pie

by CarolinaHeartStrings and filed in Lamb, Main Courses

This month at Carolina HeartStrings we are doing international recipes. And what better way to start than for me to do a traditional recipe from my mother’s home county in England! For those of you have difficulty finding ground lamb, you could probably substitute ground pork.

Gyro Lettuce Wraps

by wednesdayv and filed in Lamb, Main Courses

My husband and I are notorious lettuce wrap eaters. They are so fun and versatile! Of course, if you prefer Greek flat bread, I’m not going to stop you!

The gyro meat is my take on an Alton Brown recipe. Lamb can be pricey and hard to find around here, so we cut it with ground turkey. It seems like a hard recipe, but is super easy!

Fennel, Mint & Lemon Lamb Sausage with Whisky Cream Sauce

by Theresa and filed in Lamb, Main Courses

Wonderfully aromatic sausage patties with short bursts of lemon and mint. The whisky cream sauce is the suggested accompaniment. Inspired by Dragonfly in Amber by Diana Gabaldon.
