Made this for a baby shower and it was a hit! I used orzo pasta and I didn’t add salt or pepper. The olives & the feta cheese have enough salt to add flavor. Very yummy! I’ll definitely make this one again sometime.

I really loved this recipe. I used bowtie pasta and maybe added a bit more or less here and there of the ingredients but overall I thought the combination of everything was great! It was simply yet very complex with the variety of ingredients.

I made this recipe to take to a pig roast this past weekend and it was a hit. I used Orzo left out the onion (not a fan of raw onion) and added a red bell pepper because I had it in the fridge. I added a pinch or two of sugar to the dressing. It was nice to not use a bottled dressing for once! People kept asking for the recipe so it was a big hit!

I made this over the weekend and it was so good. I couldn’t stop eating it. I wasn’t sure how it would be with only olive oil and red wine vinegar but I thought it worked really well.

I made this a couple nights ago and have been bringing it for lunch since! It’s a very tasty pasta salad, though I’d add more cheese and I like my pasta salads a little more dressed than this one calls for.
And I just realized that somehow I completely left out the red onion that’s supposed to be in here. I think with that addition it would have the little bit of brightness that mine is lacking!

Made this last weekend – DELICIOUS! It was a hit at a bbq and will proabably be my “go to” salad of the summer.
