Bacon, mayonnaise, green onions and tomatoes come together with macaroni to make something beautiful.
1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add macaroni. Cook until al dente, about 8 minutes. Drain and pour into large mixing bowl.
2. Fry 8 slices of bacon and, when cool enough to handle, crumble into bite sized pieces. Set aside.
3. Chop tomatoes and green onions, add to small mixing bowl. Mix in mayonnaise and vinegar. Add salt and pepper, to taste.
4. Pour mayonnaise mixture over macaroni and stir together well. Stir in the crumbled bacon.
5. Serve in a pretty dish with some chopped green onions sprinkled on top. Enjoy!

Yeah! Finally a macaroni salad that has bacon, tomatoes and green onions. All the other usual mac salads have the same old same in them…..bell pepper..onion…celery and mayo. Making this for tomorrow festivities!
Thanks alot!

I made this last night. It is delicious. I will be making this again throughout the summer as a cold pasta salad. Thank you for sharing.

I made this last night, but didn’t have green onions so I used a little celery and a little sweet onion. I also added some chicken and 2 tsp of sugar to the mayo – it was very yummy!!!!

I’m making it right now to serve with “Quick & Easy Ranch Chicken” (also from Tasty Kitchen) for dinner this evening.
Thanks!
