When I went shopping, I bought apples, pears and pomegranates and challenged myself to use them in different ways.
Lay the greens in a dish. Cut up pear and apple in slices or bite-sized chunks (whichever you prefer). Each salad gets half an apple and half a pear. Organize fruits on the plate as desired.
Combine dressing ingredients and mix well. It helps to use a container with a lid so you can shake it. Dress each salad, top with walnuts, and enjoy!
