Description
Loaded with hearty spinach leaves, plump strawberries, pecans, and feta cheese, this Strawberry Spinach Salad is the perfect salad for the summer!
Ingredients
- 6 cups Baby Spinach Leaves
- 2 cups Strawberries, Sliced
- ½ cups Whole Pecans
- ¼ cups Crumbled Feta Cheese
Preparation
In a large serving bowl, combine the spinach leaves, strawberries, pecans, and feta cheese. Gently toss to combine.
Serve immediately with your favorite dressing or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes:
Salad will keep covered in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
This salad pairs well with balsamic or poppy seed dressing.
