Strawberry Bacon Spinach Salad

Description
In a perfect world, I think Strawberry Bacon Spinach Salad would be right up there at the top with the combination of the sweetness of the strawberries and the crispy, salty taste of the bacon.
Ingredients
- 10 ounces, weight Organic Baby Spinach
- ½ whole Red Onion, Thinly Sliced
- 6 strips Bacon, Cooked Crispy And Roughly Chopped
- 3 whole Eggs, Boiled And Sliced (optional)
- 1-½ pint Strawberries, Washed, Hulled, And Sliced
- 1 bottle (about 8 Oz. Bottle) Your Favorite Vinaigrette Salad Dressing
Preparation
Arrange a handful of spinach on a plate. Layer the red onion and bacon on top of the spinach. Arrange three slices of egg in the salad and add a layer of sliced strawberries. Drizzle with dressing. Repeat again for the other 5 plates.
