A seasonal salad using radish sprouts fresh from the garden.
For the Salad:
1. Add radish sprouts over spinach into a large salad serving bowl.
2. Top with freshly sliced organic strawberries and sprinkle with feta cheese.
For the Dressing:
1. Mix all ingredients together in a mason jar or other small glass bottle.
2. Mix well and refrigerate for at least two hours so that the flavors can incorporate.
3. Drizzle over your salad, toss and serve!
