Description

This simple pasta salad only calls for five ingredients and if you use the artichoke marinade for the salad dressing, there are really only four parts to this dish.

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces, weight Tri Colored Rotini, Boiled And Drained
  • 12 ounces, weight Marinated Artichoke Heart, Retain Juice If Using For Salad Dressing
  • 3 ounces, fluid California SunDry Smoked Sun Dried Tomatoes
  • 4 ounces, fluid Crumbled Feta
  • 8 ounces, fluid Kraft Balsamic Tomato Basil Salad Dressing (or Italian Dressing)

Preparation

Toss al-dente cooked pasta with chopped artichokes, tomatoes and feta. Add dressing or artichoke marinade and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Best served after 24 hours of refrigeration.
