Green Bean Salad is one of my all-time favorites from my childhood. It reminds me of summer cookouts by my grandmother’s pool. It’s a healthy side salad that is so simple, yet so tasty. Enjoy!
Cut ends off the green beans and wash them. Put in boiling water for just a few minutes until they turn bright green. Strain and immediately put them into an ice bath to stop the cooking so that they stay crisp. Remove from the ice bath once they are chilled and dry with a paper towel.
Put beans into a bowl that has a lid. Add remaining ingredients. Put the cover on the bowl and shake it to spread the dressing around. Enjoy!
