Description

This Seafood Pasta Salad is comforting, hearty, and filling. It features pasta, imitation crabmeat, shrimp, and veggies together with a mayo or yogurt dressing!

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces, weight Tricolor Pasta, Cooked
  • 2 stalks Celery, Chopped
  • ½ pounds Imitation Crabmeat , Chopped
  • 8 ounces, weight Cooked Shrimp , Peeled, Deveined, And Chopped
  • ½ cups Frozen Green Peas, Rinsed Under Hot Water
  • FOR THE DRESSING:
  • ½ cups Natural Yogurt Or Mayo
  • 1-½ Tablespoon Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon White Vinegar
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • ¼ teaspoons Black Pepper

Preparation

In a large bowl, add pasta, celery, crabmeat, shrimp, and peas.

In another bowl, combine yogurt or mayo and milk. Stir in sugar, vinegar, salt, and pepper.

Add the dressing to the salad bowl and mix well. Chill before serving.
