I’m a baker, not a salad maker. But this salad is easy and yummy. Go for it—you can do it.
The day before serving, prepare the dressing. In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine the dressing ingredients; shake well. Salt and pepper to taste.
When ready to serve, in a salad bowl, toss the greens, tomato, cucumber and onion. Drizzle dressing over salad just before serving.
