Romance Salad

Description
I invented this salad when two of my best friends got engaged! Feel free to add whatever salad dressing you like.
Ingredients
- 1 head Cos/Romaine Lettuce Chopped
- 1 Red Onion, Thinly Sliced
- 1 cup Grape Tomatoes, Halved
- 1 cup Sugar Snap Peas, Top, Tailed And Halved
- ½ cups Snow Pea Sprouts
- ½ cups Flat-leaf Parsley, Finely Chopped
- 1 cup Cooked Or Canned Corn Kernels
Preparation
Prep the ingredients as specified above then combine them in a salad bowl.
Top with your favorite dressing. I recommend a balsamic-mustard based one.
If you use high quality ingredients and store in the refrigerator in an airtight container, this should last about a week. Enjoy!
