There are days you’re really just looking to have a delicious salad packed with vegetables and healthy oils. Greek Salad is a delicious way to pack in those nutrients.
Mix all chicken shawarma ingredients together and marinate in the refrigerator, covered, for up to 1 day.
Preheat oven to 400ºF. Bake marinated chicken for 20 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
Slice chicken and serve 1 chicken thigh in a bowl with the salad ingredients. Save remaining chicken for future salads.
