Description

A very pretty fruit salad, with sweet poppyseed dressing.

Ingredients

  • FOR THE DRESSING:
  • ⅔ cups Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Cornstarch
  • 1 cup Orange Juice
  • ¼ cups Water
  • 2 teaspoons Poppyseed
  • FOR THE FRUIT SALAD:
  • 1 whole Large Pineapple, Chunked
  • 5 cups Strawberries, Halved
  • 4 cups Red Or Green Grapes, Kiwi, And/or Blackberries

Preparation

In a small saucepan, whisk together sugar and cornstarch. Add orange juice and water. Bring to a boil and cook 1 minute. Add poppyseeds. Cool slightly.

Prepare all fruit and add to a large bowl. Stir in the dressing while slightly warm. Chill completely.
