This pasta salad boasts a variety of cheeses, fresh herbs and a fruity white balsamic vinaigrette.
Cook pasta according to package directions until al denté and rinse in cold water. In a large bowl, combine the rest of the salad ingredients with the cooked pasta.
Whisk together white balsamic vinegar with olive oil, salt and pepper. Pour dressing on top of the salad, using as much or little as you like, to taste. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Your pasta salad looks fantastic and the white balsamic vinegar sounds great. Never heard of it.

Cool huh! White balsamic vinegar is a little more mellow than the traditional kind and kind of resembles champagne vinegar. I like it because you get a similar taste of regular balsamic, but the presentation is prettier since it’s not black!
