Pasta salad without the mayo!
Cook the pasta noodles according to instructions on the box and drain.
Stir in cooked vegetables (broccoli, asparagus, carrots, and cauliflower are great – you can use leftover cooked veggies or you can use frozen and just cook according to the package).
Add both dressings to the mix along with the tomatoes, salt, pepper and olives.
Refrigerate for at least three hours and then top with feta cheese before serving.
