Description

Looking for an easy meal to please the whole family? These ham and cheese croissants have only 3 ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces, weight Container Of Refrigerated Original-style Crescent Rolls
  • 8 slices Ham Lunch Meat
  • ⅓ cups Plus 1 Tablespoon Of Shredded Cheese
  • 1 whole Egg White

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Open the can of crescent rolls and place them on a work surface. Roll out the crescent rolls into the 8 pre-cut triangle shapes. Roll up each slice of meat and place one slice of meat onto each crescent roll (the slice should run the length of the triangle—see related blog post for step-by-step). Then top with cheese and roll up the dough starting with long width first, so that the cheese and ham are enclosed. Brush each croissant with egg white wash.

Place on a non-stick sprayed baking pan and bake 12-14 minutes or until golden brown.
