This easy-to-make salad is yummy all year round.
Cook pasta al dente, according to package directions. Drain, rinse and cool pasta.
Chop vegetables, cheese and olives to your liking. Toss vegetables with pasta and mix gently with Italian vinaigrette.
Add freshly cracked pepper to taste.
Gently mix. Keeps refrigerated for several days.
