Description

The delicate sweetness of this fruit salad’s sauce, combined with tangy grapes, receives rave reviews in my home. The perfect side for any summer meal!

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces, weight Cream Cheese (can Substitute Low-fat Too!)
  • 4 ounces, weight Sour Cream (low-fat Works Here, Too!)
  • ¼ cups Granulated White Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 2 pounds Seedless Grapes (Red, Green, Or A Combination Of Both!)
  • ¼ cups Chopped Nuts (Pecans, Walnuts, Etc.)
  • ¼ cups Brown Sugar

Preparation

Mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, white sugar, and vanilla together.

Wash and de-stem grapes; place in a glass bowl.

Toss cream cheese mixture over grapes.

Top with chopped nuts and brown sugar.

Chill salad in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Enjoy!

This looks really good! I’ve never seen this combo before. My family has a grape and banana salad that I’ll have to post.

I’ve never seen anything like this before but based on the reviews, I decided to try it. It was so good. The whole family enjoyed it. I only used grapes but I think it would be delicious with any fruit combination.

It’s a hit! But I would use less brown sugar next time.

I cut my grapes in half and used low-cal/low-fat everything. Everyone loved it and didn’t realize it’s almost technically a diet dessert.
