Homemade croutons perfect for a garden or ceasar salad.
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
Slice the bread into small cubes (your preference of crouton size) and place them in a large roasting pan. Sprinkle with seasonings, butter, and olive oil. Bake for approximately 45 minutes, until crunchy and lightly browned.
If you want the croutons for a Ceasar salad, add garlic salt or powder and some Kraft Parmesan cheese.
I’ve experimented with seasonings and I’ve decided I don’t like seasoning salt on croutons. The only salt I would use is garlic, celery, or onion salt.
