Description

A cool, creamy side that pairs well with everything from tacos, barbecue, fish to fried chicken.

Ingredients

  • 1 bag (14 Oz. Size) Coleslaw Mix (shredded Cabbage And Carrots)
  • ¼ cups Cilantro, Chopped
  • ½ cups Mayonnaise
  • ½ cups Sour Cream
  • ¼ cups Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Lime Juice
  • 2 Tablespoons Sugar
  • ½ teaspoons Garlic Salt

Preparation

Mix slaw mix and cilantro together in a large bowl, set aside.

In a medium size bowl, add mayo, sour cream, milk and lime juice and whisk together until smooth. Whisk in sugar and garlic salt. Pour over slaw mix, stirring until cabbage is well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, stir again before serving.

oh my gosh this was so good! i made it tonight to put on bbq pulled pork sandwiches, and it was a big hit with dh! i used 1/3 cup instead of 1/4 cup cilantro because i love cilantro, but otherwise followed it exactly. thanks for the recipe!:)

This recipe is awesome, and really easy to make. The lime and cilantro flavors are a nice change from the usual coleslaw. I made this for a barbecue last night, and I just had a fish taco with the leftovers, frozen fish fillets, and a little salsa – it was amazing. This is a recipe I will make again and again.

This is very good! I think it would also be very versatile. The dressing would be good on broccoli slaw or just a green salad. Very easy, and the ingredients are usually in my refrigerator. Thank you so much!
