A healthy salad filled with sweet carrots and apples and topped with a delicious yogurt dressing. A perfect side dish for dinner or brunch!
In a large bowl toss together the shredded carrots, apples, celery, raisins and pecans.
In a small bowl whisk together the yogurt, orange zest, orange juice, honey and cinnamon. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix until everything is coated.
Notes:
– This salad is best served and eaten in the same day.
– If you are planning to make the salad more than an hour in advance, wait to add the pecans so that they stay crunchy.
