Description

A delicious and colorful salad to add to your table tonight!

Ingredients

  • 1 head Romaine Lettuce
  • 1 head Bibb Lettuce
  • 2 cups Cherry Tomatoes
  • ¼ cups Fresh Mozzarella, Cubed
  • 1 clove Garlic, Minced
  • ¼ cups Olive Oil
  • 4 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • Parmesan Cheese, For Topping

Preparation

Wash and shred lettuce. Toss together in a serving bowl. Wash tomatoes and pat dry. Add tomatoes to lettuce. Cube mozzarella and add to salad. In a small bowl, whisk together the minced garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and salt. Drizzle over salad and toss well. Cover salad with parmesan cheese and serve.
