Berries and Feta Salad

Description
A beautiful and delicious salad that will wow your family and guests at your next brunch or dinner!
Ingredients
- FOR THE SALAD:
- 2 cups Baby Spinach
- 3 cups Mixed Greens (or Torn Romaine Lettuce)
- ⅓ cups Dried Cranberries
- ¼ cups Toasted Chopped Pecans
- ½ cups Fresh Blueberries
- ¾ cups Fresh Strawberries, Sliced
- ⅓ cups Feta Cheese
- FOR THE DRESSING:
- 1 Tablespoon Flavorless Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- 3 Tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
- ¼ teaspoons Garlic Powder
- ¼ teaspoons Kosher Salt
- ⅛ teaspoons Paprika
- 1 pinch Cayenne Pepper
- Freshly Ground Black Pepper, To Taste
Preparation
In a large bowl combine all of the salad ingredients. In a small bowl whisk together all of the dressing ingredients.Top the salad with the dressing or serve on the side.
Notes: This salad is best if it is made the same day it is served so that the pecans stay crunchy, and the berries don’t bleed on the lettuce.
