Ada Alice’s 7-Layer Salad

Description
Ada Alice is a lovely lady who is friends with my employers. This is her recipe and it is the staple salad at most of our dinners. It is one of the most requested recipes we have.
Ingredients
- FOR THE SALAD:
- 1 head Iceberg Lettuce
- 1 bunch Romaine Lettuce
- 1 package (about 9 Oz. Size) Small Frozen Peas
- 1 Red Onion, Diced
- 6 Hard Boiled Eggs, Chopped
- 1 pound Bacon, Cooked And Crumbled
- 12 ounces, weight Sliced Black Olives, Drained
- 8 ounces, weight Diced Pimientos
- FOR THE DRESSING:
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 bottle (8 Oz. Size) White French-type Salad Dressing
- 1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
- Salt And Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
Preparation
Layer the salad ingredients in a large bowl. Combine the dressing ingredients and pour over top of the salad ingredients. Do not mix the salad. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Toss to serve.
