A Simple Spicy Arugula Salad

Description
Thank you, Martha Stewart for this super simple salad. A great way to end the summer.
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 5 ounces, weight Arugula
- 1 bunch Radishes, Sliced Very Thin
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
Preparation
In a large bowl whisk together the mustard and lemon juice, then slowly add the olive oil and continue to whisk to emulsify. Add salt and pepper.
Toss arugula with the dressing and add the radishes. Serve right away.
It can’t be any easier than this. And you can double the recipe if a crowd is coming.
