10-Minute Asparagus, Tomato & Feta Salad

Description
Light and flavoursome, the juicy sunkissed tomatoes, along with the soft, creamy feta both combine to add a sweet and refreshing taste to this healthy salad.
Ingredients
- 7 ounces, weight Asparagus
- 2 dashes Olive Oil
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 3-⅝ ounces, weight Feta Cheese
- 2-⅛ ounces, weight Sun Dried Tomatoes, Sliced
- Chopped Chives
- Roasted Pine Nuts, For Topping
Preparation
Fry the asparagus on a skillet with some olive oil, salt and pepper for a few minutes.
Place on a plate and add the remaining ingredients on top.
