Moist, delicious and healthy meatloaf. This Turkey Vegetable Meatloaf is low in fat and full of vegetables. It’s sure to become a family favorite!
Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray a 9×5 loaf pan with cooking spray.
In a large bowl combine all of the ingredients with your hands. Pour the mixture into the loaf pan and gently press down until it is even.
Bake for 60-65 minutes or until the juices run clear.
