Description

Easy to make and very tasty. And low fat!!

Ingredients

  • 4 whole Chicken Breasts, Thin Cut
  • ½ cups Pecans, Chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Cornflakes, Crushed
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey
  • 2 Tablespoons Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 425F.

Mix the pecans and cornflakes and put on a flat dish with a lip.

Mix the honey and soy sauce together in a bowl.

Dip the chicken in the honey mixture, then the pecan mixture, then place on a greased dish**.

Bake the chicken for 10-15 minutes. If the chicken is thin it won’t take long to cook so keep an eye on it.

**For easy clean up just put foil over the dish, spray the foil with PAM, and put the chicken on that. Throw foil away afterwards.

This is one of our favorite recipes. The flavor is wonderful and it’s low fat, too!

Very easy and tasty. Quick to prep and cook. I use chicken tenders and like the proportion of chicken vs. topping.
