Description

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken Breast, Boneless, Skinless
  • 5-½ Tablespoons Poultry Seasoning
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic, Minced
  • 2 cups Broccoli, Chopped
  • ¾ cups Carrots, Shredded
  • 5-½ Tablespoons Italian Seasoning
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese- Reduced Fat
  • 2 cups Brown Rice, Cooked (optional)

Preparation

In a large saute pan, add chicken and season with poultry seasoning. Add garlic and be sure to spread it around the pan. Cover and cook for 10 minutes.

Add broccoli, carrots, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Cook for another 8 minutes uncovered. Stir everything well. Add cheese then remove from heat after about 1 minute.

Serve with rice.
