A great, healthy, pasta salad for any season!
Make the dressing:
Whisk together mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Add olive oil and Italian seasoning slowly after others are blended. Cover and refrigerate until needed.
Make the pasta:
Mix together all the other ingredients.
Pour on 3/4 cup of dressing. Fold together GENTLY then drizzle on the remaining dressing.
Serve.
