This easy Texas caviar recipe takes just 15 minutes to make so it’s super quick and easy. It’s great as an appetizer, snack or a side dish, and if you’re not too hungry, you can also serve it as a main.
In a clean jar, add all dressing ingredients, put the lid on, and shake well to combine. Set aside.
Chop all veggies in small pieces. In a large bowl, combine diced pepper, onions, and jalapeños. Give it a good swift stir. Add cherry tomato halves, avocado, corn, and black beans.
Drizzle the Italian dressing over the Texas caviar salad. Refrigerate up to 1 hour to marinate and allow the flavors to meld together.
