Fresh mixed greens laced with blue cheese and pecans.
Toss all ingredients (except dressing) together in a large bowl. If desired, drizzle with your favorite high-quality balsamic vinegar in lieu of dressing.

I make a variation with sliced strawberries (frozen on a bag work fine) and feta cheese. Yum! But the magic is good raspberry vinaigrette dressing.

I’ve been making this salad for years. I use a Spring Mix and I always toast the Pecans….and it really calls for a sweet dressing to go with it.
