Mostly (because I’m lazy), grilled cheese, but with extras, depending on what’s around. Spinach, leftover caramelized onions, fresh thyme….

My grandmother would let us have a banana split. She said we were getting fruit, dairy and nuts. She’s the best. She must be doing something right…she’ll be 99 years old in October!!

wendy c on 7.17.2014

Hmmm… I guess it would be bologna sandwiches (with lettuce and tomato), chips and some grapes or strawberries. Satisfying without a bunch of prep or clean up!

Our go to dinner on hot nights is
Chicken cutlet marinated in world harbors
Island Mango Marinade.
Grill the chicken cutlets, put marinated
pepper slices on top and some pepper jack
cheese, let the cheese melt and place on
nice crisp rolls and enjoy with a side salad.
