Rotini and vegetables tossed in a tangy and tasty sauce!
Cook rotini according to package directions. Rinse under cold water to chill and keep from sticking. Pour into a large bowl.
Add all chopped vegetables and toss lightly.
Whisk together remaining ingredients in a small bowl, and pour over rotini and vegetables. Toss lightly.
Chill at least 2 hours to combine flavours.
